It is a primary focus of the POSH Group to ensure all our operations are carried out safely and in a way that minimise waste and damage to our environmental. Such practices were in fact adopted by POSH way before they became statutory requirements, and have since become an integral part of our culture.
For POSH, our people are our most valuable assets. We thus make it an objective to ensure that every employee’s work environment is as safe as possible, and no employee is unnecessarily exposed to work hazards. In this respect, the Group actively engages staff at every level, and follows up on suggestions for the improvement of employee well being.
POSH’s emphasis on teamwork has, over the years, proved to be successful in steadily reducing the number of accidents, with numerous complex operations carried out without incident.
Our excellent record can be attributed to good planning, good teamwork and a strong safety culture - because a good safety record does not happen by accident.
